Shipping, Refunds, and Returns

Chocolates may not be returned for a refund once they have left our premises. At our discretion, we may replace chocolates or refund the purchase price for damage in transit due to packaging failure or rough handling by the delivery service. If the product shipped did not correspond with your order, we will replace or refund. Please email us with a photo of the product as received if you believe that you are owed a refund or replacement.

Please note: Buyers should request a refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing admin@birminghamchocolate.com and including the image(s) of the item in question supporting the reason for the refund request. There is no return shipping for food items and the user will not be charged for return shipping.

We ship only domestically in the United States!

During the warm summer season, the default shipping method is 2nd Day Air since chocolate melts easily at warm temperatures. Cold packs and insulation for warm weather shipping are included at no additional cost. Delivery will not require a signature on the receipt, so please make sure the recipient is aware in case the package can be left outdoors. We bear no responsibility once the delivery service leaves the chocolate at the destination address.
