Slumber Helps Me Fall Asleep and STAY Asleep

I enjoy half a square about 30 minutes before I go to bed. The chocolate is smooth and delicious, so it's a little end-of-day treat as well as a sleep supplement! Once that half hour passes, my eyelids are heavy and I am definitely ready for sleep. I fall asleep quickly and don't awaken until morning. I wake up refreshed and ready for the day, not groggy at all. I am so happy to have found a sleep supplement that works for me!

Sweet dreams!!

I eat one tablet before bed every night - usually one hour before. I didn’t notice a difference the first two nights, however, on the third night I slept so so well!! I love that I can curb my sweet tooth too!
